Santos is a project manager and associate engineer at Obando & Associates with wide experience in assessing usability, environmental impact and safety of civil designs. He has been the lead engineer for numerous projects around the greater Los Angeles area. He earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, with merit, from the Technical University of Munich, Germany; and a Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering, cum laude, from UNITEC, Honduras.
