Project Description

The 4 story building with underground parking multi-unit project demanded our thorough analysis to determine the location of shoring piles and where temporary excavations would suffice. The sloping down driveway required for runoff to be pumped from the basement to a street level LID planter as a treatment measure. Additionally, street improvements along Milton St. and Centinela Ave. were provided to the BOE’s satisfaction.

Scope of Work

Grading and drainage plans, urban mitigation plan, public utilities plan, sump pump plan, erosion control plan, street and alley improvement plan, and hydrologic study.
