The 4 story building with underground parking multi-unit project demanded our thorough analysis to determine the location of shoring piles and where temporary excavations would suffice. The sloping down driveway required for runoff to be pumped from the basement to a street level LID planter as a treatment measure. Additionally, street improvements along Milton St. and Centinela Ave. were provided to the BOE’s satisfaction.
