Engineers for the development of three townhome units at Juanita Avenue. The stepped design of the buildings provided a clear path along the side yards to route all runoff which was taken to LID planters at the front entrance. Excavations for the driveway and units had to consider existing neighbor constructions to avoid structural issues. Footing sub-drains were later connected to the main exit lines in coordination with contractors.
