The project consisted of a new single-family residence with two detached basement areas at Woodrow Wilson Dr. Grading of the basements was handled with temporary excavations and we were able to contain it within the lot, saving shoring design and installation costs. The rainfall volume generated from contact with sealed areas was routed towards a LID planter at the side of the top of the driveway and ultimately to a curb drain once treated.
