A new ground-up residential construction on a prestigious Hollywood Hills street. This lot was considered hillside condition, and LID Large Scale Residential. The site had non-conforming slopes and a bedrock layer of variable depth which was a challenging for the grading, rain harvesting tank placement, and foundation design.
