One of 30+ projects for the prestigious Ketter Group. We are the engineers for a 175-unit multi-family project in Los Angeles. There were challenges for the Low Impact Development Plan requirements to find space to treat the site rainwater. Different options were designed for cost/benefit analysis, but the clear winner was a drywell percolation system under the building structure sub-basement level. This whole system was centralized and designed by gravity, thus avoiding the costly multiple systems and the use of sump pumps.
