One of 30+ projects for the prestigious Ketter Group. We are the engineers for a 175-unit multi-family project in Los Angeles. There were challenges for the Low Impact Development Plan requirements to find space to treat the site rainwater. Different options were designed for cost/benefit analysis, but the clear winner was a drywell percolation system under the building structure sub-basement level. This whole system was centralized and designed by gravity, thus avoiding the costly multiple systems and the use of sump pumps.
Scope of Work
Grading and Drainage, Erosion Control, Low Impact Development Plan (LID), Utility Points of Connection, and Sub-surface Water Sump Pump Design.
